Contact our office by filling out a Speaker Request at the bottom of this page. We will contact you shortly to review the details and confirm Bob’s availability for your specified date. During this process, we’ll help you determine if your event is a good “fit” for our services. We will put a temporary hold on your booking date at this point in the process.

Consultation

Bob will meet with you and others on your team over Zoom, telephone, or in person. This discussion will help him gain insight into your organization, event theme, meeting objectives, and industry trends. Using this information, Bob will prepare a program that is personalized to suit your event.

Book Date

To secure a date on Bob’s calendar, a non-refundable deposit is required. We will send you the contract to review and sign via DocuSign. Upon our receipt of the signed contract and agreed-upon deposit payment, we will place a firm hold on the date.

Payment

Bob’s remaining balance will be due no later than 30 days before your scheduled event date. Leading up to the event, we will also confirm the room setup, provide any marketing material for your program if needed, and continue to coordinate travel itinerary, staging, and other logistics. You’ll find the required forms in the Resources section.

Showtime

For out-of-town events, Bob will generally arrive the day before his presentation. This allows for set-up time on the day of the event and adequate time to go over any other elements of event production to ensure success.
