. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using SalesRX training services provided by The Retail Doctor, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description SalesRX provides online and in-person retail sales training through video courses, AI-powered roleplay scenarios, and manager development programs.

3. Account Registration - You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment - Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate selected during registration - All fees are non-refundable except as required by law - We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Use License - You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access training materials - Training content may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold - Access is limited to the number of users specified in your subscription

6. User Conduct You agree not to: - Share login credentials with unauthorized users - Use the service for any illegal purpose - Attempt to interfere with the service's security or functionality

7. Intellectual Property All training content, including videos, scenarios, and materials, are owned by The Retail Doctor and protected by copyright law.

8. Termination - You may cancel your subscription at any time. It is up to you to cancel from within the SalesRX platform - We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms - Upon termination, access to training materials will be revoked

9. Disclaimers - Training is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind - Results may vary based on implementation and individual circumstances - We do not guarantee specific sales increases or business outcomes

10. Limitation of Liability The Retail Doctor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. 

12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New York State.
