What is the time commitment for SalesRX training?
My name is Lora Sigesmund, and I own two retail furniture stores called PerLora and PerLora Leather in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, along with my husband. We have had these stores for 26 years.
I am a person who wears many hats and it is challenging to make the time, but you have to do it. You need to set the training as a priority and discipline yourself to do what needs to be done.
It is the same with your staff that you are training. You have to discipline them to not wait until the last minute to do the training if you want them to be successful and use it regularly.
What was your eureka moment?
One of the team members over at the store sent me a text. It was off-hours, saying that he was excited about the culture I am creating and how we are moving forward. He is enjoying working, which was nice to hear.
Would you recommend SalesRX?
I would recommend SalesRX in a heartbeat. I would recommend it to small stores and big stores. It is nice to have a system because selling is a system.
No one teaches you sales. A few universities are starting to have a sales department, but everything we do is sales.
Whether you are in sales or not, you are still selling all the time. The things that you can learn will help in all areas of your life.
