SalesRX Training Results Methodology

Data collected from 67 verified customer organizations between September 2021 and November 2024. These organizations have collectively trained 27,453 retail associates (active and inactive users as of January 2026) across 17 countries including USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Greece, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, India, Philippines, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, and Libya.

Survey Distribution

Post-implementation surveys sent at 90-180 days following training completion.

Verification

All respondents verified through SalesRX platform login credentials. Customer countries verified through payment processor records (PayPal, Stripe, Maxio, Chargify, QuickBooks).

Collection Method

SurveyMonkey online surveys with identity verification.

Sample Representation

67 customer organizations spanning multiple retail verticals, including specialty retail, luxury goods, consumer electronics, and fashion.

Results reported as a percentage of surveyed customers experiencing specific outcomes within 6 months of implementation.
