Fun way to look at marketing. Also, they just may not be buying because your product is horrible. So to put it into your terms .. the product recipe and ingredients are critical.

The point is the experience starts at the front door and ends there. like every good movie or ad make sure that your director is doing just that and a “whole” experience is what your guests will get.
