The Solution

Cleversley saw Bob speak at an Apple specialist marketing conference, talked to him right after, and had SalesRX live that same evening, employees were already training on it. The short modules let him pull someone off the floor for five or ten minutes and send them right back out to apply it, store downtime now goes to training instead of standing around.

The Results

At the mall store, close rate rose from 12% to 26%, more than double. The team also started upselling instead of just handing over the item a customer asked for, taking time to start a real conversation instead. The reporting function lets Cleversley track who's completed training and who needs a redo, freeing him up to focus on the rest of the store instead of running training himself.
