For the second time in two years, Payless ShoeSource has gone into bankruptcy. This time, they're done.

I'm sharing with you today one of the first things I do when conducting a business makeover. It's to get the owner and manager to accompany me on a visit to a competitor. This usually results in a bit of a battle.

They’re afraid they’ll be seen, they’ll be discovered, they’ll be asked to leave.
