How It Works

With the HUDDLE system, you introduce the concept at your regular Saturday morning meeting or one-on-one. Working with your team members, you are able to coach them to master the one bite-size piece of training for the week. Every seven days a new HUDDLE arrives via email to build on the previous lesson. If employees can’t master it, you can have a conversation about what your expectations are for them.
