Travel to Long Beach, CA and meet with for one hour away from the distractions of your business. You are guaranteed to come away with a minimum of ten ideas you can use immediately. For locations other than Long Beach, client pays additional travel fee.

Company Evaluation

An in-depth evaluation of your facility, sales and marketing programs that takes two days of the Doc visiting your store and talking with the owner and management team. Within two weeks of visit, client will get a detailed report of at least 50 items to change to succeed. Modules can also be added for sales training with your staff.

Marketing Strategy

Bring your challenges to the Doc to create ads that are noticed. Learn to avoid the pitfalls of discounting and couponing with image ads that produce results, the power of a coordinated campaign and different types of marketing.
