There’s a reason, it is a registered trademark of my business, the Retail Doctor; legal counsel insisted.

When I first heard Tony Robbins nearly 20 years ago, he said you had to have your own brand. That’s when I created the Retail Doctor.
A friend suggested I try to patent or register it, “You never know when you’ll need to prove that was you.”
How right he was.
Since then I have been confused with a a cleaning company in northern California and a guy in the Europe who creates websites; both using the name Retail Doctor. And some guy has starting saying his has a program called Store Doctor -jeez.
There’s even a company that formed in the past couple years using the Retail Doctor as its name but in a different country doing retail consulting.
There’s only one Bob Phibbs, the Retail Doctor® and I’ve been it for almost twenty years.
