Bob,

Great advice as always.

The price shoppers have been coming into our stores for years. This app just helps us identify them. And although some won't buy from you, some will. And either way, they WILL TALK about you. Price shoppers are big on word of mouth.

So, kill 'em with kindness. Give them info the phone can't deliver. Tell them why or how that info is relevant. The end result is that no matter if they buy from you or not, they'll talk kindly about you to their friends.

Would you rather have them say, "Yeah they're a friendly, knowledgeable store - expensive - but they know their stuff."

or

"What a bunch of jerks - overpriced jerks at that."
