		<description>This is so true. Back in my Blockbuster days, you had to take out 10 movies on your account per week. It wasn&#039;t a benefit, it was mandatory and you would get verbals if you didn&#039;t comply. Product knowledge is one thing but believing in the product takes it to a whole new level. Trader Joe&#039;s and The Apple Store are great examples of teams that believe and probably extensively use the products they sell. I wish I had a time machine so I could go back and get myself some real honest-goodness western wear from ya! You just can&#039;t find good chaps north of Toronto.</description>
