		<description>I&#039;m strangely never surprised by somebody&#039;s visit to a Best Buy to have an unpleasant ending.  The whole &#039;bait &amp; switch&#039; expression really applies here too, having the price surprise during the closing of the sale and the lack of precise information.  I&#039;m starting to think the management is teaching their associates to do this, I guess that type of sale manipulation works for some... I prefer the more honest and direct approach.  A customer that trusts you even after they pay you, is a customer that will come back.
