Hi Fabien and thanks for writing. All the presentations and handouts of presenters who were open to it, are on the NRF member's site at http://events.nrf.com/annual2010/public/enter.aspx . There you can look at the summations by NRF of some of the super sessions like the one with Tory Burch, read the Stores Magazine which reviewed every session and even look at their photos. Hope that helps!

With two pilots on the way, I was not able to attend. Which brings me to the following suggestion to build on your own. I was following tweets and news from the show but was disappointed by how little information was ultimately available to those not in attendance. In this age of Tele-presence, it would be great to get more screencasts and transcripts from the various presentations. I'd happily pay for this material if it were made available by the show's organizers.

Bob ... spot on comments about the show. We exhibited there, and had a terrific experience. The NRF really does put on a great show. But, as with everything, there's room for improvement. Limited wireless signal was frustrating. More focus on the people side would be great (I'm a bit biased of course). The reality is though that the big IT companies have the budgets to WOW with their booths and technologies. Stay tuned though ... people will rise up and rule the day again one day soon (after all, who's turning on all of those computer switches anyway?)
